Kraken Hatchling

As Archipelagon rose from its slumber, it brought along its own ecosystem to the surface, one that contained new creatures: Sea Dragons, as adept at living deep in the ocean as they are flying through the sky; Orca Huntsmen that stalk the enemy in packs, ensuring total Triton dominance; and Kraken Hatchlings, which help support the Tritons’ land-based war efforts from the rear.


Protectors - This model may be played in any list with the Protectors agenda

Special Rules

Action: Catapult - During this model's activation, it can perform a Catapult action. Choose a unit adjacent to this model and advance that unit up to this model's SPD. This model cannot perform this action if it made a full advance this turn, and it can't make a full advance this turn after performing this action.

Amphibious - This model treats all water spaces as Open Terrain.

Beachhead - If this model is holding an objective space, once during each of your Spawn Phases, you can spawn a Faction unit adjacent to this model instead of using one of your spawn points.

Spike Shield - If this model is destroyed by an enemy model with a brawl attack or a rampage power attack, after the attack is resolved, the enemy model suffers 1 damage point.

Rules Interactions

Catapult uses the Kraken Hatchling's SPD, and it also does NOT specify allied units, so you may use it on enemy units as well.
