There's not much to say about Cyber Khan's alpha form. Destabilizer and Strip Mining won't come up often unless you build around them, and Seismic Step is so incredibly rare to use that it is considered a dead rule by most players. He does have a RNG 5 blast attack with Power Drain though, which is a nice tool to have when the situation calls for it. Cyber Khan makes up for his lackluster alpha form with his incredibly powerful hyper though. He trims all the fat and gains Siphon on his blast attack and Demolisher to help him generate a ton of power. He does this quite effectively with Rapid Fire allowing him to blast in addition to making another attack and Spotter or Penetrator to make sure he actually hits what he is aiming at. Cyber Khan can easily chain multiple monster turns together while potentially denying your opponent access to crucial power dice and being hard to stop thanks to Rapid Fire. Cyber Khan can feel a bit basic compared to many other monsters, but he's still quite effective and a great monster for learning the game. There's not much to say about Cyber Khan's alpha form.
